On your main dashboard, and in the side bar under “Interviewers” is where you will see all your agents. There is a search bar so you can quickly find an agent.

At the bottom of each agent, you have:

Share: This button is to copy the interview link for that agent if you need to send it to candidates for them to take the HeyMilo interview. You can also easily integrate with your ATS for a more efficient process. (ATS integrations are only available for Enterprise Plan users.)

View Candidates: This will display all the candidates who clicked on the invite link to take the interview.

Clone Interviewer: Make a copy of an agent if you need to make any adjustments from interview instructions to editing questions/scoring.

Archive Agent: This is to close out your agent if you no longer are taking interviews for that role. There is a slider to show archived agents towards the top right corner if you want to unarchive or review candidates from any of those agents.

View Configuration: This is to quickly see an overview of all your questions and scoring for that agent.

Viewing Candidates

When you click on View Candidates, you can easily navigate through all the candidates that have completed interviews for a specific role. It will then bring you to a page that looks like this:

When you click on a candidate then you will see their highlights and lowlights.

Right over the candidate’s name, you will see the arrow and the thumbs up/down buttons. Thumbs up/down allows you to mark which candidates you feel are quality candidates.

Download report: You can download a PDF version of the candidate report

Share: The arrow button lets you share a completed interview, and scorecard internally to collaborate on each candidate or pass along to hiring managers.

Dismiss: Allows you to remove a candidate from the interview process if you decide not to move forward with them.

Resume: This will appear next to the dismiss button - if you have required candidates to upload their resume — you can download it straight from here.

Nudge Candidate: sends an automatic email follow up to remind candidates to complete their incomplete interview.

Refresh: The "Refresh" button reloads the analysis, ensuring you’re viewing the most up-to-date information. When clicked, it will update the data and display any recent changes.

Preview full recording: Lets you playback and listen to the full interview from that candidate.

Candidate Summary: This will display key highlights and lowlights of the interviewed candidate

Scorecard: This will be a breakdown on each question and their score.

Transcription: The system provides a detailed transcription of the interview, capturing everything the between the candidate and AI interviewer.

Communication: The candidate’s speech, grammar, and vocabulary, and fluency are evaluated to assess communication skills.

Notes: It’s perfect for teams collaborating within the same workspace, allowing each recruiter to share their insights on candidates in a more structured way.

Diagnostics: Provides insights into the completion status of the interview, along with a summary of any missing questions or areas for follow-up.

You can listen to specific portions of the interview and get a breakdown of how their answer was scored. To help further train the AI, where you see Feedback on results, you can select thumbs up/down to let the AI know you agree with how it scored that candidate's answer.

Unfinished Interviews

For any reason, if a candidate doesn't finish the interview, they will be labeled in red.

A perfect opportunity to use the “Nudge Candidate” button

At the top when viewing candidates for each agent, you will have this information to see how it is performing.
